What we're looking for

Climate founders tackling genuinely hard implementation problems — water, wildfire, EVs, mining, data centers, cryosphere, energy storage, animal ag.

The best fits are early-stage companies where the science still matters and the implementation challenges are real and unresolved. Student founders welcome.

We read every submission. If it's a fit, we'll reach out within two weeks.

What happens next
We find your match

If it's a fit, we'll reach out to set up a call — then find the right researcher to pair you with. We handle all the logistics, scheduling, and editing. You just show up and talk honestly about what you're building.

The Format
20–25 minutes, unfiltered

The Pairing format puts you in conversation with a researcher working on the same problem. The conversation is exploratory — what broke first, what still might fail, what the science says vs. what the market will bear. We don't do PR-friendly interviews.
